Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Pay by M-Pesa or card, or ask us for a licence key if you'd rather pay by bank transfer.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days with every feature and no card. Add your hotels, import guests and send real campaigns. When the trial ends, choose a plan and carry on exactly where you left off.
What happens if I stop paying?
You get seven days' grace. After that your workspace becomes read-only: nothing is deleted, and you can still view and export everything. Renew at any time to make changes again.
Can my hotels see what I bill them?
Yes. Each invoice has a link where the hotel ticks off every stay or flags a no-show. You can also give a hotel's manager a free login to see all their invoices and payments.
Can I pay without a card?
Yes. Pay by M-Pesa through Paystack inside StayLedger, or pay us by bank transfer or M-Pesa directly and we'll send you a licence key to enter under Billing.
Can my sales agents use it?
Yes. Sales agents only see the hotels you assign them, never your commission rates, and they can see what they've earned. Accountants see the books but not your contact lists.
Is my data safe?
Each consultancy's data is kept separate from every other. Everything is backed up daily, two-step sign-in is available, and an activity log shows every important change. You can export your data whenever you like.
